By accessing or using the website at oomphlabs.tech or any software, applications, or utilities published by Oomph Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your entity. You agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
3. Product Functionality & Availability
Oomph Labs develops a portfolio of distinct software tools:
- Available Products: Tools designated as "Available" (such as CleanSheet) have functional codebases accessible for execution. We endeavor to maintain high service availability but make no warranties against temporary interruptions or network downtime.
- Proposed / In Development Products: Tools designated as "In Development" (SchemaCraft) or "Planned" (DocuMask, PricePulse) are architectural proposals or engineering prototypes. These do not constitute operational commercial services and cannot be subscribed to or executed as production systems until formally launched.
4. Account System & Client State
Most Oomph Labs tools (including CleanSheet) operate entirely in your local browser runtime without requiring account registration or cloud credential storage. You are responsible for preserving any downloaded data files and managing your browser local storage.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Certain features or usage tiers may require payment (e.g., unlimited CSV row processing).
- Third-Party Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified amount and agree to Stripe's terms.
- Freemium Quotas: Free tiers (such as CleanSheet's 200 rows/day limit) are provided subject to fair-use and client quota enforcement.
- Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, or goods and services tax, unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.
6. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
You retain all rights to files and datasets you process using our tools. Because CleanSheet and related utilities execute locally:
- You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any transformed, validated, or exported datasets before importing them into production databases, CRMs, or external services.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that destination webhook endpoints you configure are authorized to receive your data.
7. Prohibited Misuse
You agree not to:
- Bypass, tamper with, or manipulate client quota tracking mechanisms (such as artificially altering local row counters to circumvent paid tiers).
- Use our tools to parse, process, or dispatch malicious, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from proprietary compiled binaries beyond open-source repository licenses.
- Subject our website or third-party webhooks to distributed denial-of-service attacks or automated scanning without authorization.
8. Intellectual Property
The Oomph Labs name, logo, website design, documentation, and proprietary code assets are the intellectual property of Oomph Labs. Open-source repositories (such as the CleanSheet code repository) are licensed under their respective repository license terms (e.g. MIT).
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OOMPH LABS PROVIDES ITS WEBSITE, SOFTWARE, AND DOCUMENTATION ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OOMPH LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use our software.
- Any data loss or corruption resulting from local browser crashes or unverified data exports.
- Transmission failures to user-configured webhook destinations.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
11. Suspension & Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product, or access tier at our discretion, with or without notice.
